I'm not sure exactly sure what problem he was having.
I handle my banking and credit cards online and I had no issue
accessing any of the accounts or statements.
Perhaps it was the fact that his forms were pdf.
My auto insurance is paperless and all forms are made available from my
account as pdf.
As the insurance was renewed this month I retrieved|downloaded All the
updated forms today without issue.
