A clean install of the latest version from:<br>

Produces the same error. Only an installation older backup of 20.0.a1 that<br>
I happen to have, seems to function. I would imagine that an earlier<br>
version of 28.0 would work since I had no issue until Tuesday or Wednesday,<br>
but I don't have an earlier 28.0 to try.<br>
