Yesterday, using the 9/7 build, I downloaded a file, and the download manager showed me the file size that I had downloaded.

Today, using the 9/8 build, it showed me that the downloaded file was 0 bytes. Which I believed and download a couple more times. Short files, so it's not like I saw any time in download off a cable connection. I download using release, which does show that it downloaded 710K. I go looking at the download directory (which both versions share), and I see the files that the manager said were 0 bytes were actually 710K.

I know that there is an update waiting for a restart, which I do. I download the file. Download manager shows 0 bytes. But now, it doesn't show a a two or three of the downloads that I had just made, and the one that it does show now has a 710K file size.
