I am open to it being a problem with libraries, drivers, video cards, kernel, or any other externals, but please do not make such sweeping statements as "I don't see it therefore it doesn't exist" -- again, given the large amount of images I load on a day-to-day basis, this only appears on a fraction of a percent of images. I see it because I look out for it while browsing even casually, you might not.<br>
