<div dir="ltr">When I switch youtube to fullscreen, I often encounter a situation where the video plays the same second over and over until I switch to a different quality setting and then back again.<br><br>Anyone else noticing this.  I combed over the youtube buglist and didn't see any mention, so I'm wondering if it's a Nightly thing.<br>
