Hi Henri,

I'm not personally aware of any way to work around that issue. If it
happens with a clean install of the Nightly from the PPA then it's
likely others are also seeing the issue. A couple other things you
might try:

* Run Firefox with a new profile to eliminate add-ons or corrupt
profile data as the cause
* Run Firefox without a language pack to eliminate the language pack
as the cause
* Run Firefox from nightly.mozilla.org to eliminate the PPA build as
the cause

Otherwise, my advice would be to follow Kevin's advice and report
the issue to Ubuntu's Mozilla team, maybe even scour the Ubuntu
forums for people encountering the same issue.
However, I've had to disable the 22.0a1 Swedish langpack, as it interfered with the 19.02 langpack which I need on run the release version of FF, which I use as standard while Nightly isn't working from the PPA. But it's inconvenient (requires a few extra clicks) not to be able to run it from the PPA, which i

I haven't seen any messages regarding this problem on the Ubuntu fora, but I've now posted one ; we shall have to see if I am vouchsafed a reply. In that event, I'll copy to this thread....
