Online - and TB then connects to my ISP.

For the past week plus when this menu came up clicking on either
Work Online or W/Offline did nothing - there was no response from
TB. The only way to actually get TB to run was to click on the 'X'
to exit - and TB then would start and it would start in the Work
Online mode.

I got tired of doing this dance with TB and so set in the
Preferences that it should always start in the Work Online mode.
This worked fine.

Earlier tonight TB was updated with the latest Daily and I thought
that this problem with the Online/Offline menu would have been
fixed by now and so went into the Preferences and went back to my
old setting of Always Ask me for online state when starting (or
some such). From then on the wheels fell of TB.

With this change TB now doesn't start. It comes up with an error
message stating that it has a problem, cannot start and do I want
to report this error. I did this several times tonight.

Now, I also have installed TB 16.0.2 so I started that up and
altered the Preferences so that TB always starts up in the Online
mode. Then I started today's Daily - and it now works (writing
this post with it).

(BTW, Firefox Nightly has a similar problem with its start up menu
when I switch from my 16.0.1 version to Nightly and FF checks for
compatibility of the addons at then end of which hitting DONE does
nothing, and FF only starts when the 'X' is clicked on.)
