Strangely enough, there is no such entry either in this copy
of DAILY Thunderbird I am using to write this post.<br>

Unfortunately you are using something connected with
gmail/google and I cannot see which mail client you are
using in the message Header. I was going to say that perhaps
this difference in seeing/not seeing is caused by you
(possibly) using a Windows version of TB and me using a

Interesting....today's update seems to have 'fixed' this anomaly as
I now have Trouble Shooting entry.<br>

Aaaaaah, wait a minute! Now I know what is happening!<br>

The "Trouble Shooting" item does NOT appear if you open a message
for reading or are typing a message and click on HELP.<br>

Now, I am using Nautipolis as my Appearance theme. I don't know what
happens when using the (yack <span class="moz-smiley-s2"><span> :-(
