    I seem to recall that some years ago one could make an Add-on work
    because in its code was hard-coded a version of FF or TB and if the
    version of FF or TB did not match this then the Add-on would not
    work. But, using an editor, if one went into the code and changed
    this hard-coded version number the Add-on would then work.<br>

    Which is what made me ask the question: what is so special about TB
    14.x. But then, obviously, there is more to it than this.</div></blockquote><div><br></div><div>If you click on the Nightly button and go to Help, Troubleshooting Information there is a preference line under the Modified Preferences called "browser.startup.homepage_override.buildID" which has the buildID of the build you are currently running.</div>
<div><br></div><div>It is very possible that theme developers have not had the time to update their themes to be compatible with TB 14.x yet.  Either they need to make changes to the theme because of changes in the code or even just changing the version number that it will run on in the config files.</div>
