Do you have Adobe Flash player 11? or adobe shockwave 11? or Adobe<br>
Air Installer, you can get these at Adobe.com<br>

As mentioned, Flash is installed and working, 64-bit version 11.1.102.55, their current, most up-to-date release.<br>
