Hi,

I use Windows 7 x64

I have noticed that sometimes it does take longer to start up. I do
not know if it is updating or not. That could be why sometimes it
takes longer to start for seemingly no good reason. However, most of
the time I do see the progress bar when it updates. I also update it
everyday from the About Nightly window by pushing the button after
    it completes the download.

When I get notified via the update window and flashing task bar I
press the restart later button and it does not bother me again. When
I finish what I am doing I update from the About Nightly window.
