Hi,<br>If you haven't already, check to make sure Firefox and Flash Player are <a href="http://mozilla.org/plugincheck" target="_blank">up-to-date</a>. You also might want to follow the steps in <a href="https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting" target="_blank">the Basic Troubleshooting KB article</a> and check to see if the issue(s) are still there in the <a href="http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/aurora/" target="_blank">Aurora</a>, <a href="http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/" target="_blank">Beta</a> and <a href="http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/" target="_blank">Release</a> versions of Firefox.<br>
