Slightly annoying if you start scrolling while it has partially finished loading.<br>exact directions:<br>1) open a page (for me it was <https://developer.mozilla.org/en/CSS/CSS_transitions>, not sure if that makes a difference)<br>2) start to scroll down as soon as it lets you (before it has finished loading)<br>3) when the page finishes loading, it will scroll back to the top of the page.<br><br>Also, a minor aesthetic comment: the "stop loading page" X is too red.
