Each month, we'll feature some short news from a Study Group Lead. This month, we're talking to Rob from the University of Minnesota, who was also our guest emcee on the last Study Group call mentioned above.<br>

Rob's group almost exclusively uses the HackeyHour model and is composed mainly of researchers at the university who are involved in biological science (from plants pathology to human microbiome to horse genetics!). Sessions are less tutorial-based and focus more on collectively looking at and trying out interesting, exciting software tools that could help us with our research! Participants are encouraged to “talk shop” and nerd out about how they use technology to do science.<br>
