It doesn't look like I can sign up without associating my GitHub<br>
account.  Since I still haven't gotten my local Persona provider<br>
working, I'd rather have an option to just create a new account with<br>
and old-fashioned username/password (GitHub doesn't need to know that<br>
I'm talking with the rest of you folks on the forum ;).  Would it be<br>
possible to enable that sort of account creation on the forum?<br>
