IDEA: Guide to Open Science Groups

All,

I was talking to wking via the IRC channel for the group and he brought
up that he is not familiar with any Open Science groups outside the
Science Lab.  He as thinking that a guide would be helpful.  My thought
is what if we have a collab with the other groups to create this guide
somewhere on the web?  Or is this easier can be looked up on Wikipedia?
