iOS Build fixes

Just a heads up that the last bunch of commits without a bug number are all
small fixes that I made to get the automated builds going again. I did the
following things:

* Updated the code signing for the FennecAurora build configuration
* Forked SQLite.swift and fixed its inconsistent use of deployment target
versions
* Fixed a bug where our Sync target missed a dependency on the Storage
target

Things are in pretty good shape now. We will be able to do hands-free daily
L10N builds on monday I think.
