I have had some feedback that folks (especially folks *inside* Mozilla)
expect this documentation to be on MDN. Do people have strong opinions
about Wiki vs MDN? Frankly, I am thrilled that we have a *functional* Wiki
community (good content, lots of maintainers) -- and don't want to damage
that culture.
