It definately still stands. Though Netscape as an operating entity may be
dead - there are still millions of installed running copies out there...
We got to get those people onto Mozilla 1.6!

Netscape still exists. Netscape is still a legal entity (even if an
empty one) in many countries. I am almost certain the (c) still stands.
