Thanks! I believe the unexpected certificate test case didn't work
because the setup involves MITMing the browser, which the add-on update
code generally rejects. You might be able to get it to work by setting
"extensions.update.requireBuiltInCerts" to false (if that doesn't work,
maybe try "extensions.install.requireBuiltInCerts"?)
