[Go Faster] [desktop] release-sysaddon channel updated with possible System Add-on Releases for 49.0.2

The release-sysaddon channel has been updated as follows and is ready for
testing.

The rule shipping to 49.0.2 has been modified to ship the following add-on
(there were previously no system add-ons shipping to this version).

   - asyncrendering-2.0 (bug 1312528)

I've updated bug 1312528 with this information.

Balrog details:

   - RuleID 435 (Version: <50) updated from no system add-ons to
   asyncrendering-2.0
   - Release `SystemAddons-ff49-asyncrendering-2.0` created.
