<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi Surit!<br></div><div><br>Nice initiative :D A voting  is the best way to fix the perfect time for our G+ Hangout, no doubt about that. But one thing you seem to have forgotten is that most of the Club Leads are from different countries and timezones. As of now, 5 Leads voted their preferable time, and 3 of them are Bangladeshi. I suspect they picked the time in terms of BST(Bangladesh Standard Time), while others did in terms of their respective timezones.<br>

<br></div><div>You can add a description asking the voter to give the time according to UTC :) And also mail these 5 voters asking them to vote-again with the new time.<br></div><div><br></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br clear="all">
