Notice: removing activity_date from client_count_daily

Notice:

We are removing activity_date from the client_count_daily set, because we
have decided[1][2] to standardize on submission_date.

Queries against this data set will need to either use the
client_count_daily_v1 table if they don't need new data after 2018-02-04,
or use submission_date.
