<div dir="ltr"><div>I've been around Firefox for a few years now (I know, not very old), but there have been times I've come across a bug only to see that a report has been open for years on Bugzilla with no progress whatsoever. It's pretty disheartening when this happens, because I can be pretty confident that it just won't ever be fixed.</div><div><br></div><div>I'm not linking an example because this message isn't intended to be "hey please fix this bug". Is it possible that an effort could be made to at least categorize some of these incredibly old bugs, or maybe a system could be put in place that flags a bug for categorization after it's had no official action for X days?</div><div><br></div><div>I'm not asking that every bug be fixed within 30 days or something, it's just frustrating to see bugs open for years with no progress other than a bunch of comments saying "me too".<br></div><div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><br><div>Steven Hall</div></div></div></div></div></div>
