Hi,

I have a problem with Firefox 51.0.1 for Linux Mint (64bit).

Instead loading new websites from a link in any (!) old website
I get error messages (404 not ound, etc.)

This happens not if I type directly in the URL line.

So I looked closer and I found out:

Firefox sort of "translates" the URL.

For example:

Instead any "#" character in any URL
Firefox passes it to the new-to-load website URL as "%23".

And this is something that obviously does not work (yet). Should
it ?

Or is the "translation" itself the culprit ?

I hope you can fix this easily.
