When introducing new folks and bringing them up to speed, I quite
like to point them to the <a
href="https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Mozilla/Localization/Localization_content_best_practices">best
practices for for Localization</a>. I don't know how many people
actually know about this page, but I find it useful to refer to now
and again and saves lots of questions to #l10n or follow-up patches
being needed.<br>

Since our Firefox <a
href="https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Code_Review#What_does_r.2B_mean.3F">code
review guidelines</a> include localization, I've added a link
direct to it from there so that everyone can find it easily.<br>
