<div dir="ltr"><div><div>I don't know if this will help find the "stuck version" problem or not - I'm not a typical user, obviously...<br><br></div>Could it be profilemanager related?  I use multiple profiles and have beta/Aurora/Nightly installed as well.  I also had the official release installed but it got stuck on 24.x ESR (probably a good thing for testing purposes but not what I intended nor anything that I knowingly made happen).<br>

I'm replying to Tyler's statement, which seems to say that 50-70% of outdated Firefox users have disabled automatic updates (but also want to be updated). Which would suggest that this is a confusing footgun.<br>

Ditto for your (separate) data saying that there's actually a negative correlation with this pref -- that users who disable this are actually more likely to be up-to-date. That also suggests that these users might just want an approval-step in the process (ala Windows' own updater, which has "ask me" in addition to automatic and disabled).<br>
