<div dir="ltr">This process doesn't currently include the DevTools team or code. Much of the devtools work is relatively well isolated from the rest of Firefox, and the devtools team has their own prioritization processes that covers work that usually spans across multiple products (Android, Firefox OS).<br>

Or, if it's binary, a keyword. Although flags also have access controls on who can set and unset it, which may be something you want.<br>
