<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div><div><div>A few weeks ago I posted about a new development model that the Firefox team is moving towards (see <a href="https://mail.mozilla.org/pipermail/firefox-dev/2014-February/001410.html" target="_blank">https://mail.mozilla.org/pipermail/firefox-dev/2014-February/001410.html</a>).<br>

<br></div>A subset of the core team has now been through 2 iterations, and have just started a third. It's been a learning process for everyone involved, and we still have work to do to remove some pain points, but overall I think it's been a success.<br>

<br>We still have a lot of work to do to scale the process up to the entire team, and to iron out the remaining kinks. The plan is to bring the rest of the core team into this process as Sync and Australis work winds down during the 29-on-Beta cycle.<br>
<br></div><div>I'll be posting more about the new process soon, including some explanations about how it works exactly, how people can get involved, as well as some proposals and calls for help on backlog management.<br>
