This is a great opportunity to demo or introduce cool stuff that<br>
we've been working on. For example, I think preparing some demos of<br>
Australis (new look, customization, etc.) to attendees who haven't<br>
yet seen it would be awesome - we seem to have good coverage from the<br>
Australis team across the Summit venues, you could all co-ordinate on<br>
demo scripts and presentation materials.<br>

Demoing some of our other more back-endy work (thumbnails, places,<br>
downloads, etc.) might be trickier, but perhaps we could roll it all<br>
into a single "What's new in Firefox desktop"-themed booth. Talk<br>
about the motivations behind the changes (responsiveness,<br>
performance), show how they've improved things (jydoop numbers!),<br>
explain how we measured them, etc.<br>

Please give this some thought, and share any ideas you might have<br>
with the rest of the team (or with firefox-dev!). We can brainstorm a<br>
bit more in a future fx-desktop development team meeting, too. Once<br>
we've got a plan, we can submit our idea using the sign-up form at<br>

The state of e10s would probably make an interesting demo (not much to actually see, but I think the audience would "get it").  As timezones prevent me from attending the fx-desktop team meetings, someone else should feel free to discuss this if it comes up at the next meeting :)<br>
