Thank you! Great to hear this!

Secondly, I'm not sure whether it should be
dev-doc-needed or user-doc-needed, but Bug 602006 has
neither — this seems like it'll have some documentation
consequences. I know it's pretty common to do the about:config/Error
Console trick to get a privileged console, and there are
probably more places that directly reference the Error
Console (if only by name: "go here and click Error
Console"). Is there already a doc bug open somewhere to
track updating SuMo, wiki.mo, and MDN?

(Bug 587757 has dev-doc-needed, but I speculate that that
means for the console API and internal console consumers.)

I haven't done much about documentation yet. I will add to bug
587757 user-doc-needed as well, and I will explain what kind of
changes need to be explained.

For bug 602006 I haven't done any work yet. Once I have a patch
landed there I will also add a user-doc-needed with the changes
explained.

Is there anything else I should do beyond that?

The about:config/ErrorConsole trick for having a privileged console
will no longer be needed. The Browser Console always executes code
with elevated privileges because it attaches to the main browser
chrome window.

Thanks for reminding me about the need for documenting these
changes!

Best regards,
Mihai
