Changes to Are We Triaged Yet

I'm pushing changes out to Are We Triaged Yet today that affect the columns.

The new columns:

> M, bugs more than a month old
> W, bugs more than a week old (this includes bugs more than a month old)
<= W, bugs a week or less old
All bugs

The tables are now sorted by > W column

I'm pushing these changes live today so they will appear on displays at
Mozilla spaces and on the web app: https://are-we-triaged-yet.herokuapp.com/
