Hello,
We have detected that cerberus[1] and medusa[2], two projects who work in
concert to provide some form of expiry notices and automated alerting for
Telemetry metrics, aren't currently working properly.
This means that emails warning of the expiry of metrics are not being
sent, and emails warning of possible regressions in metrics may not be
being sent. The last expiry email was received July 24 and the last
regression email was sent August 21.
(( Due to the nature of expiry emails being tied to the release train the
"July 24" date is a worst-case timing. It is more likely that both systems
failed in late August, but it is difficult to tell. ))
We have no estimated time for the resumption of these services. If you
have a project or process that depends on the ongoing operation of either
or both of these services, please reach out to me at your earliest
convenience.

(( This email was previously posted to fx-data-dev at mozilla.org. My
apologies to you and your Inbox if you have received it twice. ))
