iteration 35.3 priorities

Hi team,

Chad/Madhava/I have met to establish our team priorities for the upcoming 2-week iteration (starting next Tuesday). We're trying to prepare these further in advance of the iteration start, so that backlog maintainers have a bit more time to review and prioritize bugs prior to the planning meetings.

Here's our list - as usual, please ask for clarification if needed.

- Loop:
  - finalize accounts/contacts work
  - UX: design spike looking into "collaboration" use cases
- "Panic button": better-exposed "Clear Recent History" functionality
- "Reset button on the web": a mechanism to prompt users to reset Firefox when they try to download Firefox when already running the latest version
- OS X Yosemite themeing work
- New tab page performance investigations
- Places performance work (main thread IO removal)
- Translation trial followup
