ArchLinux Firefox started sending Telemetry

ArchLinux Firefox started sending Telemetry but it's missing the
distribution information.

We're working with the owner of the ArchLinux Firefox package to fix that.

Please be advised that, before we fix the distribution information problem,
it will be hard to tell which pings come from ArchLinux.

We're fixing this problem in bug 1285201. Proper validation will happen as
part of bug 1348517.

Since base Telemetry (opt-out) was recorded on previous releases but not
sent, we may see some old (weird) pings coming through:

- old "main" pings with an empty |payload.info.revision|;
- old "main" pings with no distribution information;
- ... other data issues that were resolved recently.
