Potential issues with two nightly per days?

Does that mean users will have the ability to update twice per day? If
that's so, it would also mean that we'll be getting twice the amount of
shutdown/saved-session pings per day.

Given the size of the Nightly population this shouldn't be an issue, but
better to call it out explicitly.
