More bookmarks than expected reported in FHR?

Some theories:
- If you've been using Firefox for a long time, and/or have synced two
profiles that were created across long periods of time, you'll have default
bookmarks with different URLs and titles. (We change them periodically.)
Thanks to Sync (though I've seen it without), you'll collect all of these
differing default bookmarks on each of your devices. I made it up to a
dozen defaults at one point, I think.
- Imports. I can easily imagine that 11% of our users are Windows users
who don't use bookmarks, but Firefox has imported their IE defaults. (Bug
405217)
- Distributions. Yahoo used to/still does ship a Firefox version, and
I'd be surprised if it didn't come with its own bookmarks.
- Raw chance. We know that many users use only a handful of sites, and
the majority of users don't have many bookmarks. Some of this 11% will be
users who have simply added six bookmarks!
