Proposal: syntactic sugar for extracting fields from objects

Similar proposals have been out there for years. For whatever reason, none
have gotten traction.

Under one proposal, your scenario would be

```
const obj ={...user_profile.{firstName, lastName}, otherData: 'other data'};
```
