FWIW a start to ```nameofall``` using ```RegExp```

TODO: handle destructuring assignment, default values, shorthand
assignments, e.g.,

```
const [{
  a = 1,
  b = 2
  }, cd] = [...[source]];
```

Usage: ```sourceCode.match(nameofall); // ["const x", "let z", "class G"]```
