Is wiki.ecmascript.org down?

Got a little proof-of-concept working using Surge at:

    http://tc39.surge.sh

Sources at:

    http://github.com/dherman/tc39-wiki-archive

Surge's free hosting will let us point wiki.ecmascript.org to this static
archive when we're ready, so that we don't have to keep paying every month
to host an ancient and abandoned DokuWiki.

Jeff Dyer and I will look at the wiki data and see if we can auto-generate
a full frozen archive. Assuming no one else is interested in this project,
I think we should set our goals to* bare minimum functionality* required in
order to make the switch (readable snapshot + preserved inbound links). The
source data can be preserved in a GitHub repo so we don't lose any. But *if
anyone is interested in taking this archival project on* and aiming for a
little higher quality rendering, I'd be happy to hand over the reins!
