JSON.stringify(undefined)

I would assume that this is because the JSON grammar doesn't include 
"undefined" as an acceptable value -- JSON.stringify({foo:undefined}) 
returns "{}". Perhaps JSON.stringify(undefined) should, however, return 
"" -- in my view, this would make more sense.
