Thanks for this proposal, it brought together a few ideas of my own for a
minimal class proposal enough that I'd like to take what you had and run
with it, including some other things I've been trying to get working
together for some time now.

I'm sure that I'm missing some very important things, but this is what I
would LOVE to see in ES.next for classes, <|, super, and traits
