Of course, there is HaXe and predecessors from Nicolas Cannasse, who  
may still be on the list.

For the current thread, I think we are more interested in processors  
whose input language is ES3 or higher, in the JS family. Any that are  
open source, especially any that run in-browser, are especially  
interesting since we can test and modify them, and see how those that  
run in-browser perform on downrev browsers and slower CPUs.
