I have had multiple users complain that "Firefox is too hard" and
what they mean is that when they bookmark a page it goes in "other
bookmarks" (which makes zero sense) rather than the main bookmarks
list like every other browser does. They don't know to look in
"other boookmarks" so it looks to them look bookmarking is broken.<br>

To fix this, it's an extra mouse click either to find a bookmark or
to place a bookmark in the main folder, and this adds unneeded
friction to the UI. Apparently this isn't going to be something
that will be fixed, so is there a way to set this in the
configuration?<br>
