<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">I am unable to use Firefox ESR with an antivirus product portal, but the web site works fine with the Rapid Release version. Are there differences between the products that I am missing? The symptom I see
that that I can logon the portal, but if I try to use functionality on the site I see that I get a 403 error when reviewing the Developer console (Network). So I can navigate and use most of the portal, but if I wanted to use any of the functions that require
checking a checkbox and clicking on a button to perform some action, it gives a generic error message outside of the Developer console (Network).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">I removed all of our policies and preferences for ESR. I verified that the privacy settings are not blocking anything by selecting Custom and unchecking everything. I even installed ESR on my home PC in
a similar fashion and duplicated the issue with similar results. As usual our friend Chrome works… Support is less than helpful from the antivirus vendor. My position has been that if the web site gives me a 403, the web site is responsible for the problem.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
