<p class="MsoNormal">I am working on setting up ExtensionSettings, which after a few minutes of orientation, which is really nice to have a way to block everything and only allow specific addons.  I seem to be missing or overlooking a setting to always show
 the blocked_install_message?<u></u><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">If I visit about:addons and then click on one of the recommended extensions such as Facebook Container I see this message when I was expecting to see my blocked_install_message for when the extensions is blocked:<u></u><u></u></p>
