I've noticed two issues with the profile reset.

1)Often, when Firefox loads after I've done the: --reset-profile
--migration --- Firefox still gives the message "Looks like you've
reinstalled Firefox. Want us to clean it up for a fresh, like-new
experience?" But I just cleaned it up.

2)If I click Refresh Firefox from the above message, then it
loses some of the settings I created with policies.json and gets
rid of the Menu bar and Bookmarks toolbar.

Any idea why these things are happening?

When I do an update for FF, I've been trying to do a
profile reset just to freshen things up. I was doing it
manually (going to about:support) and then
clicking "Refresh Firefox" but that's a pain. I saw a
post here recently that said I can use:
-reset-profile to do this from the command line.

Two things I've noticed:

1)If I run "%programfiles\mozilla firefox\firefox.exe"
-reset-profile, I get the message that it can't find
"reset-profile" But I switch the Firefox program folder,
it works (well, sort of).

2)If I go to the Firefox program folder and run start
/wait firefox.exe -reset-profile, it seems to do the
reset, but it appears to be creating a fresh profile and I
look history and bookmarks.

Is this expected behaviour, or is there a bug, or am I
doing something wrong?

Running FF 66 (but I think it happened in 65 too).
