entered their e-mail in the survey pop-up there. Then they received the e-mail with the actual survey. There was an issue where the e-mails were not being sent out, and that was resolved this morning, so they probably entered their e-mail address a while ago
and the survey e-mail was just sent out today.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
