[Mozilla Enterprise] Policies.json does not work anymore after installation of Snow Inventory Agent

just being curious..

We also use Snow client software on our windows servers (windows client data is transferred on a different way).
Which version of Snow do you use? I guess I cant test it because we use GPOs instead of policies.json (and GPOs are working
even with Snow client installed) but at the end the result should be the same. GPOs are also just writing to registry path.

Do you have a ticket number from Snow for this case?

Hello Community,
we are using the inventory solution of snow software https://www.snowsoftware.com/ .
Unfortunately their windows-client writes a value to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Mozilla\Firefox when the service is stopped.
Subsequently policies.json does not work anymore.

We informed the company and asked them to dismiss this behavior but they ignored us.
Can somebody "Mozilla-Official" contact them to change their product?
