[Mozilla Enterprise] Policies.json does not work anymore after installation of Snow Inventory Agent

Hello Community,
we are using the inventory solution of snow software https://www.snowsoftware.com/ .
Unfortunately their windows-client writes a value to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Mozilla\Firefox when the service is stopped.
Subsequently policies.json does not work anymore.

We informed the company and asked them to dismiss this behavior but they ignored us.
Can somebody "Mozilla-Official" contact them to change their product?
